Great food. Strong leadership. An exceptional place to build your career.
Why Choose Medinah?
Since 1924, Medinah Country Club has built a rich history and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Today, that tradition continues through the people who bring the Medinah experience to life every day.
Working at Medinah isn't your typical 9-to-5. From memorable everyday dining experiences to private events and some of the Club's most exciting moments, no two days are exactly the same.
We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. We believe exceptional hospitality comes from talented people who enjoy what they do, support one another, bring new ideas to the table, and take pride in creating something special. If you're looking for a culinary leadership opportunity where you can make an impact, develop a talented team, and have the freedom to be creative, Medinah may be the place for you.
Meet Your Restaurant: The Oasis
Your primary restaurant and home base at Medinah
The Oasis is a year-round dining operation where the pace, menu, staffing, and member experience evolve with the seasons. From busy summer days serving hundreds of members and guests to a more intimate off-season operation, there are very few "typical" days.

Club events, holidays, golf tournaments, and leagues can influence volume, hours, and the overall flow of business. Flexibility is an essential part of leading The Oasis, and hours and days of operation may change based on the needs of the Club.
You Might Be A Great Fit If...
You're passionate about great food, but you're just as passionate about building a great team. You set high standards while creating an environment where people can learn, grow, and enjoy coming to work. You stay calm when the kitchen gets busy and aren't afraid to jump in alongside your team.
You might be a great fit if you:
At Medinah, hospitality is about more than what's on the plate. It's about the entire experience.
What You'll Be Doing
As Chef de Cuisine, you'll lead the day-to-day culinary operation of The Oasis and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both the menu and the team behind it.
