Falls Lake Academy – Maintenance and Grounds Technician
Falls Lake Academy, a K–12 public charter school in Creedmoor, NC, is seeking a dependable and hardworking Maintenance and Grounds Technician to help maintain a safe, clean, and attractive campus for students, staff, and visitors.
This position is responsible for performing general building maintenance, groundskeeping, and minor repairs across the campus. Duties include mowing, landscaping, event setup, preventative maintenance, basic plumbing/electrical repairs, and assisting with facility projects. Approximately 20% of the workday will include custodial responsibilities , such as cleaning common areas, assisting with trash removal, and supporting overall campus cleanliness.

Hours are 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday-Friday (8 hours/day).
