  • Testing & Experimentation: Design and execute structured A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages, creative assets, audience targeting, and bidding targets.
  • Data & Attribution Integrity : Collaborate with data/analytics teams to ensure accurate conversion value modeling, offline conversion tracking (OCT), first-party data integration, and attribution accuracy.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment : Work closely with Creative, Copywriting, and Landing Page teams to supply high-performing assets for Demand Gen and PMax campaigns.
  • Reporting & Insights : Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics (Spend, Revenue, ROAS, CPA, Conversion Value) and actionable insights to senior leadership.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Experience: 4-6+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience managing large-scale Paid Search (Google Ads & Bing Ads) accounts.
  • Budget Scale: Proven track record of directly managing paid search budgets of $150K+ per month ($1.5M+ annually) with strict performance goals.
