EagleMeet is seeking a motivated and people-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Columbus team. This entry-level, full-time position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, working in a collaborative environment, and developing professional skills through hands-on training.
No prior experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities
* Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional experience during promotional events and campaigns.
* Answer general questions about client products, services, and current promotions.
* Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information.
* Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude during all interactions.
* Work closely with team members to support daily event operations.
* Accurately communicate customer feedback to team leaders.
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
* Reliable transportation to the Columbus area.
* Must be authorized to work in the United States.
